How long does it take to receive my package?

It takes 1-3 working days to receive your package depending on which country. Orders placed before 15.00 on working days will be send the same day. Once you placed your order you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. 

Can I return items? 

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. It usually takes about 4 working days to process the return. 

Can the jewellery discolor? 

Most of our jewellery is made of stainless steel this material does not discolor. The products marked as gold plated can discolor when they are not handled with care and in contact with water, sweat or other fluids that can affect the color.
